    Maine coon kittens eat little?

    Hello
My name is Cristina and I live in Portugal.
I ‘m the happy owner of a kitten red tabby blotched Maine for 13 weeks and would and I take some doubts with you.

I think my kitten, name "RUCA" eats very little and I do not know if this is normal or not.

He eats dry food (kitten RC 36) and RC Kitten instinctintive.

Right now he weighs 2.400 kg. It’s a normal weight ?

He plays a lot with my other cat, so he is not sick.
Also already took him to the vet who says he is in good health but I ´m worry.

Thank you in advance for your help

Hi Cristina and welcome to the forum, is your kitten 13 weeks old now ? On the forum is a weight comparison list which may be of some help to you, it outlines all the kittens/cats both male and female weights as they grow. I wouldn't worry too much about weight, so long as he is healthy and the vet was happy with his progress. Was the breeder you got him from feeding the same food as you ?

    Thanks for your answers.
My concern is that I think the Ruca eats very little throughout the day. Especially when it concerns the dry food.
However my other cat "RAFA" ( the wite cat European common) is seven months old and eats a lot ....
