I can just imagine Monty disappearing into the beyond with you still waving a comb behind him in one hand & a prawn{king size of course in the other}bless.....
Thats where I have found the slicker a big help, for some reason they think it is a back scratcher & both Bruce & Welly push their head right into it so by having them laying around in different spots & just picking them up & giving them a quick flick for some reason they don't associate it with grooming, just hasn't happened recently with other things going on. I think with Shimba having a pretty short coat on top works to his benefit, just wish he would grow a ruff even if I did have to comb it daily....!

That's interesting Jackie, I actually have a slicker brush but tend not to use it because it doesn't go all the way through the coat. But it would certainly spruce them up. I'll give it a try!

Aww look at those 2 lovely lads trying to help!!
Wonder how many of the little straws ended up on the floor? You might be finding them under the furniture for weeks to come!
But would we have it any other way?

I think Shimba's tombola will be sold out in a very short time, who could possibly resist...
