Doesn't suprise me, it took us 12 months and an official complaint to the GCCF to get the reg docs for a stud boy we paid her £850 for. I won't go into details here as i am unsure about the regulations but that is the least heartbreaking of the dealings we had with her.
We've had 3 breeding Queens from her in the last 2 years, please check out my website and see if you can see any Palmaine cats in our Queens section...enough said!
My advice to you would be to put in the complaint ASAP, as even once she's recieved the 28 days notice she still delays by waiting until the very last minute and even sending in false pedigrees (amazingly my stud boy with white bib and paws came from parents without any white at all...cough!!) She got it right the second time though but it still took just under 4 months from the date of the official complaint until we got the correct reg doc.
Feel free to PM me.
