I don't know what available in your country, but these screws require the use of a "Hammer Drill" to use with the Tapcon Masonry drill bit.
A carpenter/handyman should be able to help you if you're not handy and lack the proper tools.

I have a hammer drill, I have a jig saw and a circular saw and more tools than I know what to do with, now working them has always been my problem..

BUT I will look for these screws... or I will buy them in the UK if I can not get them here.

I am usually okay with screws well when it used to be the phillips or flat head ones... but over here and I am sure in the UK now... they have so many different star patterns and so many different drill heads, you lose the plot... of which screw to which screw bit... etc etc,,,,

BUT I will give anything a go once...
