Wow, I take it this cat has choosen you for some reason ! Is it a Siamese ? It looks so cute to, just goes to show looks can be deceiving ! Maybe your own cats sense something wrong and it looks like a nice cat so maybe its behaviour is why its owners are not sorry to see it go. I have a hard time writing an animal of but I also know that some cannot be rehabilitated. Because you really cant get 'close' then the problem could be medical, or maybe just mental. I hope that you resolve matters soon. Sorry being in scotland we have the SSPCA (Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) in my opinion the Animal services you have sound just as usless as them !
