MC-becca thanks for posting, it was a silver MC, what a shame that he has passed, cancer is such a horrid disease in both animals and humans, totally non discerning. Your Dakota (love the name) is certainly no small cat either what age is he ? See all the weights so far are over the average, thats nice to know.

Thx Chris! Dakota was 19 lbs last time I weighed him, and he is now 6 years old. He really is a wiggle-worm, so we don't weigh him very often - though he seems to be filling out more now. Maybe we'll weigh him this week-end and post the results. As for length, I don't think we will EVER get that number

The loss of Stewie was devastating to his owner, but she continues on with his legacy and is active with the local humane/cat rescue groups!

As I've said elsewhere, our Oscar weighed in at 11.5kg in January at the vet's here - that's a hair over 25lbs.
We think he's grown a bit since then, but he must stop soon, surely?

That is definately one big cat for sure My Teddy would well be put in his place !!! lol Mind you he is the epitomy of the gentle giant ! lol
