Thank you all for the positive feedback on the tree. My girlfriend and I were unsettled by the lack of stability that most of the store bought trees offered, especially for the price. Our design is a compilation of many online examples and our own ideas. This is so large that it needs to be easily disassembled in order to get into the house. The hide away is so large that it has a door in case the cats need to be retrieved for any reason.
We've shown the 2 breeders that we're waiting for these pictures to give them an idea of how the kittens they entrust to us will be treated. We really didn't care about it being to big or if it would look "ugly". The health, safety, and enjoyment of the cats has priority. This will be their home too, so they might as well have their own large, dedicated space along with the shared space.
