    Sores around neck?

    Hey guys!

So my MC Mix Freyja has a sore under her chin, one on the side of her neck and one on back of the neck. This is usually where the collar is but is no different than any other collar I've gotten her (the safe ones) - SHe is scratching a lot, I could not find any fleas. My roommate's 2 american short-hairs aren't scratching any more than normal and have no bites/sores - They are always hanging together and all 3 will stare outside the screen door when it's open... Any ideas on what I should do to help her with scratching? Should she go to the vet?

All ties in with fleas, get piece of damp white kitchen roll, comb round neck, base of tail & place fur onto kitchen roll, close the sheet of paper up press hard then open again,if there were any little dark bits in the coat & they show up red on the paper then that is flea droppings....
If it is you most probably need to go to the vets to get good advice on what flea control to use & also Freyja might need something to help take the sting & itch away,if it isn't that then yes also need to find out what it is anyway....x

Would pay you to get a good house spray rather than powder, most probably more expensive but far more effective,we sell the Indorex at work so something like that & also put a piece of tissue with whatever product you do use on it up your cleaner to kill any little b****rs that will hatch out in there....x
