Thread: Thinking of adding a boy to my 2 girls, thoughts?

Hi all,

We have seen a 4yo boy who who've fallen in love with and would like to have him as extra company for my wife and I, our 2yo daughter and more importantly our 2 x Maine Coon girls. (4yo and 2yo)

The Only thing I'm worried about is 3 cats being an odd number and our oldest girl is already pushed around a bit by the other one, I Wonder if there would be "ganging up". With the oldest cat being the most important to please in my eyes (due to the youngest being so laid back and gets on with anyone, less timid) this is the one thing I can't work out how it will play out, and wonderedd if anyone else had done the same or similar exercise before.

Not sure if the sex matters as they're all neutered, it's more the ganging up thing I'm worried about as my oldest girl is timid and a bit lightweight in a playfight if truth be told
