I'm no expert but could she have Fever coat? It can make a brown look silver. Eventually it clears and the kitten will go back to looking brown. Fever coat is usually caused by an extended fever of 104F+ in either the mother cat or her kittens. It may be only one kitty is affected, not necessarily all the litter. As long as the kitty is healthy (no FIV/FLV), the proper color should come in with the adult coat.
