Thread: How heavy is too heavy?

His PawedShip (aka Buddy) jumped on my lap tonight and I suddenly realized that his weight actually hurt; so decided it was time to weigh him again as he has got visibly larger recently. I was gobsmacked that he is now 25lb 7oz :o and measures 9 inches across his back. He is not getting out of breath or panting etc, in fact he appears to be getting more active the bigger he is getting. Is he too heavy? Personally I think I need to start watching his diet but would like to hear what others think before I do this.
