Thanks again for all your replies. His Lordship is still laying on the sofa. He's kept most of his fish down but after trying the rice started gagging and produced another fur ball, only a small one this time thankfully. He hasn't groomed himself today :/ so I'm hoping he has got it all out of his system now. I am just so glad that there was no one about with a camera when I had a soppy great coonie laid in my arms drinking warm water out of a bottle. I do think he's milking it a bit as I've had to carry him to the litterbox and back. He's still not himself - he hasn't destpyed or terrorised anything / anyone today. Hopefully all he needs now is a couple of days rest and hoovering ;) I've past on all your cuddles and hugs to him.

Buddy sends hugs back to Hector and Bruce.

Bruce says good on you mate you are not letting the "male" side down,he too has to be carried everywhere for several days after the event, you just can't expect me to walk all the way to my feeding station or to bed when I have still got such a sore stomach & feeling soooo bad.If Buddy plays it right you will come into the room while he is having a play & suddenly you will see a big helpless furry heap, did you see what that mouse done mum,it wanted to play but I just don't have the energy, could you pick me up please, have our two got the same genetics I wonder......
    Another kiss for Buddy x

Someone is still Lording it up so am going to be a bit cruel today to see if he is still poorly or playing on it. I'm going to put his fish in his normal bowl in its normal place and put him down at the other end of the kitchen and leave him there. He hasn't groomed himself in nearly 3 days and his fur is a mess (again) so I think the brushes might come out for a play - if he doesn't attempt to kill them I know for certain he is still feeling rough. xx
