No, no... I demanded a course of Metacam Oral (which I am picking up tonight) based on the comments here and what else I read online as the poor little tiger is getting more energised but is still uncomfortable. The receptionist claimed that the injection lasts 3 days - which is untrue if you read the documentation - half life of 15 hours in cats - so after 30 hours it's only 25% effective or less. The woman vet is very much a professional and was not the one that examined him last week and she was just wanting more info.
