Thread: Hairballs?

Hi just looking for some advice/opinions please.

Moonlight's had a couple of hairballs in the last few months and had sicked them up fine ( well you know what I mean). I think Shadow had or has hairball trouble. She's been sick a couple of times - sorry this is horrible - and it's been sausage shaped with some hair (although not as much as I've experienced with other cats). And she has the runs. She was a bit off colour after the first sick episode on Saturday but was fine on Sun and today - apart from more sausage sick and the runs still. Do you think I should take her to the vets or do I try a hairball remedy? Like I say she's absolutely fine in herself and I don't want to drag her to the vets unnecessarily....
