There is another thread on here too"opinions on early neutering" & I have a feeling there are even more about somewhere.
There is not much difference at all between doing them early or later as far as recovery goes,they are either cut & pulled or if larger cut pulled & the tubes tied off in case of bleeding either way they come round as quick & get over it equally as quick, as with all ops some might have a slight reaction what ever the age. There are not many MC's that are not pretty well developed down there in fact they are the easiest breed to sex at birth as very often they are quite prominent even then.....!
I & luckily my breeder are more for the later neutering in the MC boys,my last ones were over the year & had no trouble or smell from them & as they are house cats no outside challenges to their manhood.
