    Suitably sized cat flaps

    Hi,

Can anyone recommend staywell pet door - small, as a suitable cat flap for a MC? It's only for use as a means for the cat to get into the utility room, so doesn't need to be fancy.

can anyone recommend any other cat flap?

    Thanks.

High Dizdesigns,we have a Cat.Mate flap, when we tried the Staywell one the boys soon managed to charge through & break clips on the side {bearing in mind that ours lead from house into a big cat pen outside & we had locked them out there ....!} the catmate has buttons along the bottom that work better for us....xxxx

    Hiya
We have this Staywell - it's in the utility door so that the cats can get to their trays in the garage ... It's been there for 7 years now and has coped with some pretty heavy traffic over the years (6 cats at the moment!)

We found that the Small door was a bit tight for our big DSH Ben (RIP) ... this one gives the MCs a bit more room! x

We've got a PetMate large flap: PETMATE LARGE 4 WAY CAT FLAP-BROWN: Amazon.co.uk: Pet Supplies
What I like is that you can keep the door from opening in either direction, or both if you choose. (Our little girl's had a diarrhea problem and it's been really great to be able to set the flap so we can clean her up if necessary before she runs all over the house.) The size is good, and the magnet's strong so the flap stays shut until the cats need to go through it.
