hahahahaha - loooooove the way your mind works! I really laughed out loud at that (startling Neevie during her nap, I got the evil eye for that)
sadly, I do not believe we have yet spent enough on our Pirate to be able to leverage that aspect of the issue - but it is an EXCELLENT point, which would also work with my HO - thank you so much for thinking about it and communicating!

Come into this thread a bit late but have to say I think getting company is the bestest idea ever....don't know the breeder you mentioned but her babes look lovely {would it be the one that has reserved until 12th by it or another one} one just has to go & take a peek doesn't one.....a girl is great fun,I always say boys turn into village idiots & the girls stay busy busy busy so would be a super combination.... I think you should carry out your promise...oooops sorry threat to buy your hubby a kitten & when he leaves home obviously you can't break the furry partnership up but as he would be leaving his babe behind he would have to pay maintenence........now that to me is the way forward....says she who would never go against her hubbys wishes, oooops nose just hit the keyboard.......

The deed is done. We collect Ava Sharon from Elmcoon in two weeks time.
Hubby is so disgruntled with Sidney right now that he wanted to swap cats!
Sidney ate so many mice that he got an upset tummy. He did a mega-stinky-yuck-bomb in the litter tray then decided that he needed a wee before anyone had a chance to clean it out. So, logically, he looked around for somewhere less smelly. Could have been worse, but we certainly won't be eating anything from that particular vegetable box.
I was away for 2 days, leaving hubby in charge. He came home from work, expecting Sidney to be really pleased to see him, Sid just looked up, went "meh, not bothered about YOU", and looked away.
I suspect that my OH will be very keen on little Ava, if only to wind up Sid!

heeheeehee! hey could be worse, mine bites our legs when she's crabby - that's an improvement from back in the days when she used to jump on my head and use her teeth and claws to grapple to it... I did not like her very much then... :-D
Congratulations on getting the new little Ava! really pleased for you and only a little bit jealous! :-)
