I think white or brown vinegar would be OK. If it were for a carpet I would have said white vineger would be better. I use vinegar a lot, use it to clean my windows too, as it cleans them without leaving smears. Good luck. Hope the smell goes - let us know if it worked.

You can get it online from Hyperdrug and Amazon, they also sell a black light to find urine if you are feeling brave!!!
