    I think white or brown vinegar would be OK. If it were for a carpet I would have said white vineger would be better. I use vinegar a lot, use it to clean my windows too, as it cleans them without leaving smears. Good luck. Hope the smell goes - let us know if it worked.

    Clean with washing powder...
    Then lemon juice...
    Neat stuff ... soak the area with it... leave it a couple of hours.. then just wipe... I have an Abyssinian stud boy who spays... and the only way to neutralise's his pen is this... I also add some to his bedding...
