Thread: How many, if any, have only one MC?

We serve two MC's now - was only supposed to be one, but a) they're such an addictive breed that we both wanted a second one and b) we hated the idea of Freyja being lonely during the day as we're both out to work. Best thing we ever did was to get a second one, although it took a very stressful 3 weeks of hissing, growling and sulking before we came to that conclusion as Freyja did NOT like sharing the attention (or the whiskas) with Wicca to begin with. I suspect in reality, whilst Freyja is clearly very fond of Wicca, she would just as easily be a one-cat household so we'll stick with just two. If you know Maisie has a history of not getting on with other cats, it might (sadly) be best to steer clear; we had to seriously contemplate the prospect of taking Wicca back due to Freyja's reaction and it would have been heart breaking as she'd got her little paws round both our hearts within a few hours. And seeing Freyja so unhappy was really hard too, so my advice is to think really carefully before you do anything.
