Before we sussed that freyja's food was the cause of frequent cling ons, we took to trimming her trousers so there was less fur for the cling ons to cling to. Worked a treat. Once we got her food right, the cling ons stopped coming out to play, and freyja went back to wearing her trousers bushy!

One tip though, although it depends on whether you get lumpy cling ons or more soggy ones (I know, did you ever imagine poo being such a talked about subject when you decided to serve a mc?!?) - get a bottle of dry cat shampoo! We always have a bottle here, although haven't had to use it for months. It's great if it's a bit more severe than huggies can cope with, but not so bad that you need to don the gauntlets and head to the bathroom!
