I got it as a "kitten shower" present. I can ask. The chirp did not last very long - either cheap Chinese battery or they chewed it to death
I will ask where it came from, but a local pet shop I expect.

Our pair still clean each other, Roxy is the ear cleaner and I have seen her creep up on Hector, plant a paw on his head pining his head so she can give his ears a good cleaning!!!
