Sadly, I'm sure It's all about the money Debbie. That £9 per kitten registration fee really eats into the profits. I can't see any other logical explanation for it.
My litter from saffi have just turned 11 weeks old and their Registration Docs will be here waiting for the new owners when they come to collect the kittens. It really isn't that hard to do is it?
