Thread: Meet Leo

So far Leo has been nothing but amazing. Even when you do something he doesn't particularily like, he either swats you fairly genlty without claws or goes to bite your hand, but only closes his mouth to the point where his teeth make contact. Along with the lack of being brushed since who knows when, his nails had not been cut in some time. Surprisingly the quick was still very high up the nail so we were able to clip more than just the very tip off his claws. Those things were weapons, but he's not a violent cat so the only time you got hit was completely by accident. With the nail trimming he protested a little but we got it completed in 2 sessions that were spread over a few hours.

He likes to meow really softly, his meow belongs on a little kitten, it's very cute. Yesterday he trilled which I have never heard before.

He has his vet checkup scheduled where he will get his microchip and probably his rabbies shot since we have no record of when he got it.
