Yes - you can get male torties but they are pretty rare. I know a breeder who recently had a litter with a male tortie. She didn't check the sex of the kitten as she just assumed 'she' was female. It wasn't until the kittens were about 9 weeks that she made the discovery that 'she' was a 'he'

I will have kittens in the spring, no exact plans as yet, but from my two red girls with my brown and white boy. In the last couple of years they have given me a mix of red boys, red and white, tortie and white and tortie girls. I also have a silver tortie girl who this year gave me brown tabbies!
