How often do you worm
After six months of age we recommend worming every 3 months if they are out & about but as ours are "indoors" so to speak I do them evey every six months. Now we are using stronghold that does the roundworm anyway but will most probaly still back up with a tablet a couple of times a year because of tapeworm threat, not from fleas this year, touch wood very quickly, but they do catch some very meaty blue bottles, ugh, they don't eat them quitely either you just hear crunch, crunch that was good where is the next one....
Sometimes the noise in the pen is horrific when they all decide to chase a fly,Welly has cottoned on though that although Shimba is good at getting his great big wamp on it he doesn't close his paw over it & lift with care to keep his fly trapped so Welly rushes up & waits for Shims to lift his foot, fly escapes straight into the jaws of waiting Welly who then enjoys it while Shims carries on inspecting between each toe looking,I did get it,I know I did, perplexed Shims, smug Welly,he will learn though I am sure... One day !
