would be eternally grateful for feeding advice

I have been reading the feeding topic and have decided that i dont want cereals in Dylans feed. I have looked and found a supplier of Orijen which seems to be popular, is that ok ? He is being fed rc kitten by his breeder at the moment so when I get him home i will buy a supply of rc kitten and the orijen and slowly replace the rc. The other thing is wet food omg I would be so grateful if you could recommend a good wet food that I can also feed alongside the orijen. Going to throw this out there, please dont jump on me all at once !! lol but would Iams pouches be ok, or am I just way of there ? Oh Oh another question sorry, but I am getting the impression that chicken flavour of anything is a no go area is that right ?

Thanks so much for taking time to put up with what must seem like silly questions to the expert mc mums and dads, but I just want to make life for dylan perfect. Just want to be a good mum.
