    Thank you, fellow Maine cooners! Longfellow has been a great addition to the family, though now that he's bigger than the other two cats, they are not as nice to him. He plays a bit rough for their cranky older personalities. The straight-eared Scottish fold is almost three and cannot out-wrestle the 5-month old Longfellow. Poor Angus has taken to hissing--something I had never heard before Longfellow came along--, but I'm hoping that neutering Longfellow at 8 months will calm him down a bit. I'm attaching a picture of when the two were buddies, when Longfellow was a wee kitten and did not bully Angus or steal his treats.Longfellow at 5 Months-longfellow-angus.jpg

    Aww that's not good to hear. I have been lucky I think all of my cats and dog took to Basil straight away. River my domestic shorthair has been hit with a car has three teeth and a bionic leg has a bit of a growl but that's usually because he is a bit sore.
