Yeah that sounds sensible about the cats sharing the rings. So do you have to empty the ring with no hole quite frequently as it does seem quite shallow? As I will be at work and only popping back to feed the kittens at lunch I am a little worried they'll have an accident if the ring is full.

Oh and I will have 2 kittens doing this when I get them lol so double trouble eeek!! I might buy 2 kits though as I do have an upstairs and a downstairs loo which might help matters. I will keep an eye on your progress and read up on the kit some more.

    Thanks

The flushing, while convenient, could be a problem. Here is Baxter in action when he was a kitten. YouTube. Hope the link works.

You wait until the kittens are spayed or neutered before you start training. I always kept her litter box in the bathroom so she was already used to doing her business in that room. The first ring is solid, the second one has a hole and the third one has a bigger hole. When you are done you no longer use any ring and they poo on the loo. It has taken a lot longer than they said but whatever all good!

Kim, Thanks, that is so cool! I want one for Miss Ginger, although I am afraid Bentley would try and rescue her from the tent

Well done! What a huge amount of patience you must possess! Although, I think this success speaks volumes about your Coon's intelligence. They are so smart!

Unfortunately, I know I do not possess your superhuman patience and with only one toilet in my apartment I know I am too lazy to switch it out for human use whilst training. Doesn't stop me from being envious!
