Thread: Fur matting in the heat

Our two year old, Kalli, has never really had matting fur until this summer, when we in Ireland have been having some hot weather. Now her fur is really getting matted, behind her ears, and under her front legs mostly. She doesn't mind a good brushing, but this doesn't detangle her fur.
Anyone have any ideas? We groom her daily, but it's not helping, either to detangle or to stop more mats.
